UpstateBizSC Hires USC Student Intern

GREENVILLE, SC – MidlandsBiz is excited to announce Leah Edwards as a summer design intern.  Leah is a rising senior at the University of South Carolina, majoring in Visual Communications with a minor in Studio Art: Graphic Design. Through her studies, she has developed skills in photography, design, and creative strategy building.

Leah is originally from Greenville, SC and enjoys gaining a new perspective on South Carolina through working for a business magazine. Having recently returned from a study abroad experience in Australia, she brings her cultural perspectives and new editing skills to both MidlandsBiz and her second internship at the University of South Carolina’s Office of Student Engagement.

For Leah, creativity is a passion and she hopes to further advance her marketing skills through interning in the communications field. She looks forward to working in Columbia throughout the summer and returning to the University in the fall.
