Verdin’s Too Brings BJUgrass to Music in the Garden

June 22, 2021

Verdin’s Too is getting ready to kick it up on a notch in their “Music in the Garden” events. This Friday, June 25th, they will bring BJUgrass to the garden for a free open air concert.

If you like bluegrass music you won’t want to miss this group from Bob Jones University. BJUgrass started four years ago as a weekly music session in the office of Dr. Steve Pettit, BJU president.  This talented group of musicians (four students and BJU President Dr. Pettit) have played at numerous venues and at the International Bluegrass Music Association Festival.

Bring your chairs and come early to claim a spot. Dinner options of  food trucks and dessert from the Front Porch Churn will be available. The concert is from 7:00-8:00 pm.
