Vernice Ham joins Colliers International as Insurance and Collections Specialist

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce that Vernice Ham has joined the firm’s property management team as Insurance and Collection Specialist. Vernice, who brings over seven years of property management experience to her role with Colliers, will be responsible for administration of property billings, collection and vendor insurance certificate management.
Ham is a licensed property manager and comes to Colliers from Intermark Management, where she served as property manager for residential apartment communities.
