VFW Post 6444 hosts Quarter Auction fundraiser to support local veterans and community programs

VFW Georgetown Memorial Post 6444 invites the community to an afternoon of fun, food, and friendly bidding at its upcoming Quarter Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, September 26, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Post located at 715 Church Street, Georgetown, SC 29440.
Open to the public, this family-friendly event offers attendees the opportunity to win fantastic prizes—including gift baskets, certificates, retail items, and unique crafts—for just quarters a bid. Food and refreshments will be available on-site, along with a split-the-pot 50/50 raffle. 
Call for Donations & Prize Items To ensure the event’s success, VFW Post 6444 is currently seeking donations from local businesses, artisans, and community members. Item donations needed include:
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Themed gift baskets
- Homemade goods and crafts
- Retail items and services
All proceeds directly support local veterans and essential community outreach programs hosted by VFW Post 6444(opens in new tab) and its Auxiliary.
