Vitré Ravenel Stephens receives the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award at 2023 CREW Awards Gala

The Entrepreneurial Spirit Award honors a Charleston CREW member who has achieved a unique career success or milestone in the past 12-18 months as the result of an exceptional entrepreneurial spirit. This person is often a risk taker and is willing to step outside the box to create something new or different. They provide services, develop products, or improve practices by innovatively organizing, developing, or deploying available resources, either within their own company or a larger organization.

Last year, Vitré Ravenel Stephens, Todd Garrett, and Tradd Varner founded Harbor Commercial Partners, LLC. The real estate company has since been named “Best New Commercial Property Firm,” by the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce.

Vitré was honored to receive the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award at the CREW Charleston Annual Awards Gala on Saturday, November 11th. In her current role as Partner, Retail and Investment Services, Vitré excels in representing her clients, including shopping center owners, commercial landlords and investors, as well as local, regional and national tenants.

Vitré is an established broker with over 16 years of experience and has served as the CID (Commercial Investment Division) President for Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Board Member for Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and various other industry groups. Throughout her career in Commercial Real Estate, she has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and has received the Realtor of Distinction award five times. Her entrepreneurial spirit is one of the many reasons that she continues to flourish in this industry.

The “Old Hollywood” themed gala was held at the Francis Marion Hotel, and featured a red carpet, cocktail hour, silent auction, seated dinner, and awards ceremony recognizing top performing commercial real estate professionals in the low country.
