Wade Kolb and John Moylan elected to Wyche Executive Committee

Wade Kolb and John Moylan have been elected as members of Wyche’s Executive Committee by the firm’s membership. As members of the Executive Committee, they will be responsible for the firm’s overall leadership and direction.

Kolb focuses his practice on litigation, appellate advocacy, education, internal investigations, and governmental representation. He has extensive experience in high-stakes commercial litigation, having handled cases for major national and international corporations involved in antitrust, breach of contract, and trade secrets disputes. He also leads Wyche’s education practice group and serves as outside general counsel to a number of educational institutions. Active in the Greenville community, Kolb is a member of numerous boards and non-profit organizations, including the Palmetto Project, the Rotary Club of Greenville, and the Carolina Youth Symphony, of which he is the president.

Moylan, a native of Walterboro, South Carolina, and graduate of Harvard Law School has been selected as The State’s Best Attorney by readers of “The State” newspaper and has been selected as a “Top 25 Super Lawyer.”

Mr. Moylan represents individuals and businesses in both state and federal court in the areas of business litigation, personal injury, and the representation of government entities.

As an advocate for his clients, Mr. Moylan has appeared in a variety of periodicals including The New York Times, Newsweek magazine, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and People Magazine.  He has also been featured on television shows such as Good Morning America, Anderson Cooper 360, Larry King Live, Fox News, and MSNBC. He is listed in the publication Best Lawyers in America and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is certified as both a mediator and arbitrator and serves by appointment of the South Carolina Supreme Court as a member of the Commission on Lawyer Conduct.
