Warehouse at Vaughn’s rebranding under new ownership

March 27, 2024

Warehouse at Vaughn’s, the popular food hall and community gathering spot in downtown Simpsonville, is under new ownership.

Innovative Hospitality and Development (IHD), the local ownership group behind The Mill at Fountain Inn and Trade Street Social in Greer, is now operating the venue, which has been rebranded as Vaughn’s Food Hall.

The biggest change guests will notice is the QR code ordering system, which allows for viewing all of the restaurant menus, ordering food and drinks, and closing out tabs online instead of having to do so in person at each concept.

“Like most food halls, Vaughn’s was originally set up with individually-owned concepts, so each one was its own business that operated independently,” says CEO Bryan Beal. “Coming in as a single ownership group allows us to run all of the concepts under one umbrella. Guests will still get the wide variety of great food and drink options they’ve come to expect from Vaughn’s, and now they can order through one QR code for a more streamlined customer experience.”

Other updates include:

  • New food concepts (The Grub Box and Outlawed Ramen) + revamped menus

  • The whole property under one liquor license so guests can bring cocktails outside

  • Open seating at Anchor Raw Bar (instead of table service) to create more patio seating

  • Turf under the tables + more TVs outside

  • Deep cleaning of the entire venue (inside and out)

Plans also call for resealing and repairing the parking lot, adding outdoor bathrooms, concrete blocks along the fence for added safety, new sand in the sandbox and mulch in the backyard.

Vaughn’s Food Hall is located at 109 W. Trade Street in Simpsonville and features indoor & outdoor dining options and a large green space. The venue hosts live music, weekly trivia and music bingo, and a variety of community events.
