Washington D.C. Investment Firm Purchases Properties at 363 – 365 King Street

CHARLESTON, SC – June 13, 2012 – Jennifer Davis, President of Domicile Real Estate Brokerage, announced the all-cash sale of the properties located at 363 – 365 King Street in downtown Charleston to an affiliate of Foxhall Partners, a Washington D.C. based investment firm.

Foxhall Partners is pleased to acquire its first properties on King Street in downtown Charleston. Our investment in 363 and 365 King Street is indicative of Foxhall’s commitment to investing in high barrier to entry urban neighborhoods, particularly those with leading academic institutions, said Matt Wexler of Foxhall Partners.
