We Are Sharing Hope SC wins Diversity Champion of the Year Award

The Charleston Metro Chamber has announced We Are Sharing Hope SC (SHSC) is the recipient of the Diversity Champion of the Year Award, one of seven Honors awards presented by the Chamber. This award is given to a business or leader who is committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and/or community. This champion has had an undeniable impact to ensure everyone in our community has the opportunity to live, learn and earn.
“Being named the Diversity Champion of the Year is not only a recognition of our organization’s efforts; it’s a celebration of unity in diversity,” said Krystal Cau, SHSC Director of Communications. “Being honored with this award is a testament to the strength that arises when people from all backgrounds come together and embrace a common cause. This award reaffirms our commitment to fostering an inclusive world where every voice is heard, every culture is celebrated, and every heart is touched.”
We Are Sharing Hope SC will be presented with this award on November 16 at The Honors award ceremony, which recognizes the achievements of local organizations and leaders with an exemplary commitment to the region’s economic development and quality of life. The ceremony will be followed by Member-Bration at The Shed Downtown, an event full of quintessential Charleston entertainment celebrating honorees and commemorating the Chamber’s 250 years of impact on the region.
