I’m so excited to bring you the first edition of the eNewsletter for the LaurensCountyBUZZ. The BUZZ was created to provide a single source for all things Laurens County. It’s for Laurens County and about Laurens County.
I’ve lived in Laurens County for almost 30 years and grown to truly love the people and everything that makes this a community, but I have to admit, sometimes I don’t know what’s going on. Over the years, I have missed out on events, news and new businesses coming to the county.
The LaurensCountyBUZZ has been created to bring the news of Laurens County to the residents in a timely manner and…. it’s FREE! Yep, it’s free for individuals to sign up for the eNewsletter that will be sent out every Tuesday and Thursday, and it’s FREE for businesses, schools, non-profits, associations and other groups to create an account, add a directory listing, post jobs and submit news and announcements. We will be adding crime reports and obituaries in the near future.
The website is updated daily with news submitted and then that news is also shared in the eNewsletter every Tuesday and Thursday. There’s also a master calendar of events and soon the site will include crime reports and obituaries.
