COLUMBIA, SC – Exceed Real Estate School has opened in downtown Columbia at 3020 Devine Street.
Exceed Real Estate School currently offers licensing courses required to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate license as well as continuing education courses for realtors. All courses offered at Exceed Real Estate School are approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and are instructed by Commission approved, knowledgeable and experienced teachers. The instructors remain available after students have completed their courses for additional information, guidance and support.
Students can get their license in just 10 days by taking the Pre-Licensing course (Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm) or in 5 weekends by taking the Saturday/Sunday course (Sat 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / Sun 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm). Evening classes are also available for select courses.
