Five percent of net sales to benefit Harvest Hope Food Bank on Thursday, April 18

Harvest Hope Food Bank announced that it will receive 5% of net sales from the Whole Foods Market in Columbia on Thursday, April 18 as part of the company’s annual Community Giving Days.

The April Community Giving Day initiative is Community Food Systems, focusing on organizations, partnerships, projects and events that leverage food to strengthen communities through economic growth, sustainable sourcing, environmental stewardship, and powerful collaborations.

More than 500 Whole Foods Market locations will participate in the Community Giving Day by donating to organizations, projects and programs that support the mission of strengthening communities through food.

WHEN: Thursday, April 18, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

WHERE: 702 Cross Hill Road and Fort Jackson Boulevard, Suite 300, Columbia, S.C.
