Will Gibbs Joins Nelson Mullins in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC – Will Gibbs has joined the Greenville office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate where he will practice in the areas of emerging payment systems and mobile payments; data management and security, including data breach and system intrusion response; bank regulatory law; technology law; and general corporate law.

Mr. Gibbs has worked as a law clerk for the firm in several different practice groups including the corporate team, mobile payments practice group, and the data management, private and security practice.

Mr. Gibbs earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Furman University.
