Will Johnson to present at the AIJA Annual Congress in London

COLUMBIA, SC – Will Johnson, a shareholder in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Columbia, SC office, will present on United States taxation of foreign athletes and entertainers at the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) Annual Congress in London on September 2nd. Mr. Johnson is serving as the United States National Reporter for the AIJA Tax Law Commission. He is also a member of the organizing committee for AIJA’s 2016 Half-Year Conference, to be held in Chicago, Illinois. He has previously presented to the AIJA Tax Law Commission on government anti-abuse measures and the United States’ response to the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting project.
Mr. Johnson is chair of the Firm’s statewide manufacturing industry team and practices in the areas of tax and economic incentive matters.
