In the first quarter of this year, William Means Real Estate recorded nearly $104 million in company sales with a $1.3 million average sales price, solidifying their standing as a top company in Charleston real estate. The firm’s average sales price in the first quarter of 2022 also increased by 37% compared to 2021.

William Means ranked as the #1 boutique firm in Mount Pleasant with $33 million in first quarter sales and the #2 boutique firm in downtown Charleston with $41 million in sales. The firm also achieved one of the top five highest sales prices in the Charleston area, for the sale of Hoopstick Island, a gated 55-acre private island selling for $7.5 million.
