William Means Real Estate, announced that it has achieved $210 million in real estate sales during the first half of 2022. The firm reported an average sales price of $1.3 million which outpaced the top 10 firms in Charleston by nearly $200K.

William Means ranked as the No. 1 boutique firm in all of Mount Pleasant with an average sales price that was $353K more than any of the top 10 producing agencies. In the award-winning I’On community, William Means Real Estate is the top-producing boutique firm, generating more than $25 million in sales. On the upper peninsula of downtown, William Means Real Estate also holds the title of No. 1 boutique firm with more than $19 million in sales.

The team consists of more than 30 top-producing Charleston REALTORS®. Recently, Alex Brener represented the buyer of the highest sales price in the history of Sullivan’s Island at a combined $10.8 million. Jane Dowd represented the sellers of the second highest sales price in West Ashley and the buyers of the second highest sale on James Island this year. Farrah Follmann also represented the sellers of the second highest sale in Mount Pleasant at $5.75 million.
