William Means Real Estate team continues to grow

May 11, 2022

William Means Real Estate announced that its team of agents is growing with the addition of College of Charleston alum, Andrew Smith. Smith started his real estate career by gaining valuable experience in one of the most competitive markets in the country while working in Beverly Hills, Calif. His passion for real estate was cultivated from a very young age, as his parents have been agents for more than 40 years.

“I believe my success in real estate is rooted in maintaining strong and meaningful relationships with my clients and peers,” Smith said. “My outgoing personality, client-first mindset and integrity are my most valuable assets.”

While in the Los Angeles, Calif. area, Smith and his brother formed a real estate team and consistently achieved company recognition for their sales production. The Lowcountry’s historical significance and architecture eventually drew him back to the East Coast where he has now joined William Means, one of the oldest firms in Charleston.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew,” said Lyles Geer, President and Broker-in-Charge of William Means Real Estate. “As Charleston’s exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, we are excited to add his deep understanding of the luxury market to our team.”

Smith is known for building longstanding relationships and his passion for helping clients with the sale and purchase of their Charleston homes. He can be contacted at (843) 471-0046 or [email protected].
