Willis HR announces merger with JER HR Group

JER HR Group and Willis HR jointly announce JER HR Group’s acquisition of Willis HR in a private transaction. Willis HR is a leading HR consulting firm servicing clients in SMB and nonprofit markets. Willis HR has been recognized as the Best Human Resources Benefits Company of the Year in 2021 and 2022, presented by SC Best in Business. The merger will expand HR offerings, increase capacity, and make a greater impact to the SC business community.
