Wilson Kibler associate Will Unthank represented the owner in the recent disposition of the ±7,400-square-foot restaurant and 1.7-acre site formerly occupied by Fuddruckers at 1801 Bush River Rd. Fuddruckers closed its only Columbia-area location in February after serving Midlands customers for nearly 35 years. The property went on the market in March and, in just under three months, sold to Columbia World Outreach Church for $452,500.
