Wilson Kibler becomes the largest independently operated commercial real estate firm in Columbia

Wilson Kibler announced today a rebranding initiative following its separation from its global partner Newmark Knight Frank earlier this year. The commercial real estate firm, which has operated in South Carolina since 1987, unveiled a new logo to accompany its name change and expanding focus on serving the Southeast. The newly autonomous company is now the largest independently operated commercial real estate firm in Columbia.
“We have decided to return to our roots and forge ahead as an independent firm for a reason—our clients. We feel we are best able to serve our clients by working independently of a national flag and focusing on our expertise in the region,” said Wilson Kibler president, Det Bowers.
