Womble Carlyle Attorney Morris Ellison Leads Seminar on Israeli Investment in U.S.

CHARLESTON, Sc – August 17, 2013 – Womble Carlyle attorney Morris Ellison, a member of the American-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Region Board of Directors, recently led a seminar in Israel for the organization on Tools for the Real Estate Investor in the U.S.

During the seminar, Ellison analyzed issues of importance to Israeli investors in U.S. commercial real estate. The seminar included component analysis, business enterprise value and the go dark value concerning real estate transactions in the U.S.

The American-Israel Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Region was established in 1992 as a private, not-for profit (and non-governmental) business organization to boost the Israeli and Southeastern economies by helping their companies develop business relationships with each other and explore new market opportunities. With more than 500 members today, AICC is headquartered in Atlanta and serves companies from Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Israel.
