NAI Avant announced the newest lease at 1221 Main Street in Columbia, SC. Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP will occupy nearly 9,000 square feet (SF) of space in the ±204,000 SF Class A office property located at Main and Gervais Streets. Known as the trophy property in Columbia, the building features top-of-the-line finishes, fantastic views of the State House, on-site security, a fitness center, and The Oak Table restaurant. The property is perfectly positioned within the re-invigorated Main Street, located within walking distance of premier restaurants, retail shops, and hotels.
