Woodlands at Furman hosting Festival of Trees

GREENVILLE, SC – The Woodlands at Furman will once again be opening its doors to the community with its annual Festival of Trees.

The Thursday, December 11 Festival of Trees coincides with The Woodlands at Furman’s annual Holiday Open House and Tour of Homes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests are asked to RSVP to 864-371-3123 by December 5.

More than 20 trees decorated by local companies and friends of The Woodlands at Furman will be on display. These companies also made donations to Miracle Hill Children’s Home. This festive occasion will also include food, a special Gingerbread Village and tours of holiday decorations, including many resident apartments which will be open for holiday viewing.

“The Christmas season is always very special at The Woodlands and we want to be able to share that feeling with the rest of the community,” said Kevin Parker, The Woodlands’ executive director.
