Woodlands at Furman to hold sixth annual holiday fair

October 25, 2016

The Woodlands at Furman will transform into a holiday market on Thursday, November 10, as 50 vendors kick off the holiday shopping season for residents and the surrounding community at the sixth annual Holiday Craft Fair.

Visitors will be able to shop between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Vendors will be set up inside the main entrance of the Woodlands at Furman, located at 1500 Trailhead Court, Greenville, SC 29617.

This year’s list of vendors includes local vendors from throughout the Greenville area. Items for sale include a wide variety of Christmas ornaments, home décor, candles, wreaths, gourds, and baked goods.

“We’re always looking for ways to engage our residents with the community,” said Andrea Payment, lifestyle director. “The holiday craft fair gives our residents a chance to explore the talents of our many local craftsmen.”

The holiday craft fair is the first of several holiday events that the Woodlands will host this season for the Greenville community. The Festival of Trees, another annual event featuring 40 decorated trees throughout the Woodlands campus, will take place during December.
