Woodlands at Furman welcomes Switzer as Companion Care Manager

July 13, 2015

GREENVILLE, SC – Landisha Switzer has been named the manager of the Woodlands at Furman Companion Care, the Woodland’s newest senior healthcare program.

Switzer began her career at the Woodlands in 2013 as a CNA, but has always had an interest in healthcare management. She is pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration from Brown Mackie College. As manager of the Companion Care program, Switzer is responsible for coordinating the in-home care service for seniors who may need limited assistance, but want to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

“Landisha brings experience as a Woodlands care provider to this position, so she’ll be great at expanding that care out of the Woodlands and into the community,” said Kevin Parker, Executive Director of the Woodlands at Furman.

For more information about Companion Care, call Switzer at (864) 640-3692.
