Your Input, Our Progress: LCWSC Seeks Feedback in Customer Survey

 At LCWSC, our customers and communities are at the heart of everything we do—and now we are asking for your input to help shape the future of our services. 

We are excited to announce the launch of our Customer Survey, a key initiative identified in our Strategic Plan. This survey is more than just a check-in; it is a meaningful step in understanding how well we are serving our customers—and how we can continue to improve. 

Your feedback will provide valuable insight into your experience with LCWSC—not only regarding the services we provide but also your view of our involvement in the community and our commitment to being a good neighbor. We want to know what matters most to you and how we can better support the people and places we serve. 

“It is my sincere hope that we receive a strong response to this survey,” said Jeff Field, Executive Director of LCWSC. “We genuinely want to hear from our customers. Your feedback is important to us, and we intend to use the responses we receive as a learning tool to help guide the decisions that pave our path forward.” 

Utility customers will receive a bill insert containing a link and QR code to access the online survey. A message with the survey link will also appear directly on utility bills. In addition, the survey will be promoted through LCWSC’s social media channels and is available on the website at https://lcwsc.com/customer-survey/. 

The results of the survey will play a vital role in helping us stay true to our mission, vision, and core values. They will guide our planning, ensuring that we continue to support our aging infrastructure, keep pace with the demands of growth, and remain aligned with industry trends and technological improvements. 

This effort is also part of our long-term commitment to being a responsible environmental partner—ensuring our practices protect natural resources while delivering safe, reliable service to our customers.
