Ziff Properties Acquires Mixed-Use Property

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Merrill Crossings Shopping Center Phase I, a 125,869-square-foot, mixed-use property located in Jacksonville, FL. The 45,135-square-foot retail portion anchored by Big Lots, and 80,734-square-foot self-storage portion sold for $8.625 million. Michael Mele of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Director of Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer, Christian Chamblee says, “This is an exciting addition to our portfolio with a mix of the two asset classes on which we are most focused, self-storage and retail.
