Ziff Properties Acquires Neighborhood Center

COLLIERVILLE, TN – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of The Shops of Collierville, a 60,000-square-foot retail center located in the Collierville area (Memphis MSA). The property was acquired for $7.425 million. National and regional tenants include Starbucks, Medpost Urgent Care, Back Yard Burgers, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins and The UPS Store. Sheldon Griffin of Baker Storey McDonald Properties represented Ziff Properties.
