Ziff Properties Acquires Neighborhood Center

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of St. Francis Marketplace, a multi-anchored retail property located at 4518 Woodruff Road in Columbus, Georgia. The 63,608-square-foot center sold for $6.6 million. Tra Dykes of Woodruff Brokerage Company represented the seller. Craig Taylor of CB Richard Ellis Atlanta represented Ziff Properties.
