Ziff Properties acquires neighborhood center

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the 81,271-square-foot Bowman Curve Shopping Center located near the intersection of North Bowman Road & West Markham Street in West Little Rock, AR. The property was purchased for $7.1 million. Mason Lewis represented Ziff Properties in this transaction, while Todd Rice represented the seller. Both agents are with Colliers in Little Rock.

The center will undergo cosmetic and structural renovations to restore it to its former high levels of performance. This acquisition is an example of Ziff Properties’ ability to help Landlords with exit solutions when their loans near maturity.
