Ziff Properties Acquires Retail Center

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Signal Mountain Shopping Center, a BI-LO-anchored retail property located at 709 Signal Mountain Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 61,284-square-foot center sold for $4.8 million. Sharon Bands and Susan Bands of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Ziff Properties was self-represented by COO & Director of Acquisitions Christian Chamblee.

Chamblee said of the acquisition, “Ziff Properties has a vested interest in the Chattanooga market.  Signal Mountain Shopping Center is our second acquisition in the Chattanooga MSA in recent months.  We are excited to contribute to the Signal Mountain community and all of the neighborhoods served by our Chattanooga properties.”
