Ziff Properties acquires self-storage facility

Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of Beltline Self Storage, a 51,285-square-foot self-storage facility in Anderson, SC. The property was purchased for $4.56 million and included the assumption of CMBS debt. Ziff Properties plans to add an additional 30,321-square-feet to the facility consisting of climate and non-climate controlled units, a new management office as well as a managers residential unit.

Neal Gussis of Waveland Commercial and Jamey Cox of SVN Percival Partners represented the seller. This acquisition marks Ziff Properties’ second in upstate South Carolina in the last 45 days, which includes nearby Clemson Central Storage.

Ziff Properties’ Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “We are excited to expand our storage footprint in the upstate area. Our expansion plans and improvements to the property will provide a Class A storage facility for the Anderson community.”
