Ziff Properties acquires self-storage facility – Simpsonville, SC (Greenville MSA)

Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of Absolute Storage, a 45,530-square-foot self-storage facility located in Simpsonville, SC (Greenville MSA). The property was purchased for $4.450 million. Ziff Properties plans to add an additional 23,175-square-feet consisting of 314 new storage units. The finished product will be a 68,705-square-foot Class A climate and non-climate controlled storage facility with 627 total units.

Ziff Properties’ Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “This transaction marks our sixth self-storage acquisition in South Carolina’s upstate. We are excited to set our expansion plans into motion and provide Simpsonville with another Class A storage option.”
