Ziff Properties plans self-storage conversion

Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of Buncombe Plaza, a 52,000-square-foot shopping center located in Greenville, South Carolina’s water tower district near downtown. The mostly vacant property will be redeveloped in spring of 2017. The finished product will be a Class A climate and non-climate controlled self-storage facility of 67,500-square-feet with 777 units. The property will also provide storage space for RV and boat parking.

Chief Operating Officer & Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “There is a high demand for quality storage space in the Greenville area which made this property attractive for investment. We are very excited to be a part in fulfilling those storage needs for the rapidly growing community.”
