Ziff Properties plans self-storage conversion

FREDERICKSBURG, VA – After the recent conclusion of the entitlement process in Spotsylvania County, a venture between Ziff Properties, Inc. and Reliant Real Estate Management is set to acquire and redevelop a 48,000-square-foot commercial building in Fredericksburg, VA, which shares a property line with a newly developed Lidl grocery store.

The finished product will be a Class A climate and non-climate controlled self-storage facility of 118,000-square-feet with 1,072 units. The property will also provide storage space for RV and boat parking.

Ziff Properties also closed this week on the acquisition of another property in Fredericksburg, The Shops at Salem Fields.
