Ziff Properties Sells Greenwood Commons

GREENWOOD, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the disposition of Greenwood Commons, a 16,144-square-foot shopping center, located in Greenwood, SC for $2.36 million to R.W.G. & C.P.G. Investments, L.P. Steve Collins, Ryan McArdle and David Rivers of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.

Director of Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer, Christian Chamblee says, “The successful sale of Greenwood Commons will allow us to further pursue our goal of investment in essential neighborhood related centers.”
