Ziff Properties sells Hardee’s outparcel

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of a 0.96 acre outparcel within the mixed-use Cedar Springs Shopping Center, located in Spartanburg, SC. The sale price for the parcel, which is ground-leased, long-term to Hardee’s was $1.1 million. Ransome Foose of Berkeley Capital represented Ziff Properties in the transaction and John Hadley of The Nichols Company represented the 1031 Buyer.

Ziff Properties’ Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “The successful sale of this outparcel will allow us to further focus on our goal of acquiring neighborhood retail centers and self-storage facilities.”
