Ziff Properties sells Manger Parking Garage

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the disposition of the Manger Parking Garage located in Savannah, GA. The property sold for approximately $20 million to a private buyer from Savannah. Todd Casper and Michael Hassler of CB Richard Ellis’ Houston office represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “With over 20 years of ownership, the Manger Garage was a long-time source of growth and stability within the company’s portfolio. Its sale was well-timed and strategic.”
Ziff Properties retained the historic Manger Office Building and secured parking in the Manger Garage for its current and future tenants. Parking is a rare commodity in downtown Savannah.
