Help Shape the Future of LCWSC Services – Survey Closes May 23

May 21, 2025

The Laurens County Water and Sewer Commission (LCWSC) is asking for customer feedback to guide future improvements—and now is the time to share your voice.

The 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey closes this Friday, May 23, and LCWSC encourages all residential and commercial customers to participate. The brief online survey asks about your experience with water quality, service reliability, billing, and customer support.

“Feedback from this survey is critical as we evaluate current operations and plan for future growth,” said Jeff Field, Executive Director of LCWSC. “We want to ensure our services reflect the needs and expectations of the people we serve.”

The confidential survey takes only a few minutes to complete. Your responses will help LCWSC prioritize upgrades, improve customer communication, and continue delivering high-quality water and sewer services throughout Laurens County.
